We at Driver2Driver know that humans make mistakes. It's in our very nature to make errors, big or small. Unfortunately, at times, these errors can put others in danger, especially when it comes to cars. An open trunk or a broken blinker can lead to road hazards or misinterpretation. Most drivers are either not ware of the issue, or may not even know that what they are doing is putting others in danger. With Driver2Driver, you can easily message other drivers using their license plates to alert them of issues so they can be resolved.
Drivers need to keep their attention on the road, and that certainly takes precedent over infoming other drivers. As such we have enabled to following security features to assure drivers stay safe on the road:
In order for this system to truly work, it has to be accessable. That is why we make it easy for anyone from someone with a 2008 Android to someone with a Tesla vehicle to use our platform. With Waze, Google Maps, and Apple Maps integrations, anyone can acess our platform. We also include an app for Androids from version 2.1 onwards and a dedicated IOS platform with support for IOS 5 and onwards. We project to be in all new major car company models by 2024. We also have a texting platform coming out in late Q4 of 2020 so anyone with texting capabilities can help make the road a safer place.
